Hoarding Clean-Ups.

With the many changes in society over the past few years, it is not surprising to note that the incidences of hoarding are on the rise. Hoarding occurs in all walks of life and with more and more people now living on their own and becoming increasingly distant from their families, these cases can go undetected for many years, usually when it becomes unmanageable and ultimately dangerous for the person to live in.

If you have an issue with hoarding or would like us to clear out an unoccupied property, simply contact us below and we can organise a site visit to assess what’s required and reassure you on what we can do.

 FAQs

  • Practice Contracts take our training very seriously and we have invested significantly in this area over the last few years. For our specialist cleaning training, we use the services of Ultima Cleaning Academy. The relationship with the Academy helps us make sure we are kept up to date with new regulations and techniques.

  • Yes, all staff are Disclosure Scotland Checked.

  • The aim of all our specialist cleaning jobs is to create a safe environment to allow the property/site or vehicle to be used safely in the future. Whilst most people could clean an area to an adequate standard, most household cleaning products and equipment won’t provide enough protection against future biohazards. Our trained specialists will also ensure all waste is legally disposed of and handled safely.

  • Due to the nature of our work, we are trained to deal with all eventualities and will always conduct our business with a high level of compassion and sensibility. We strive to complete each job with minimal disruption and the utmost professionalism.

  • Yes, we are covered by Employers and Public Liability insurance.

  • Due to the hazardous health risks involved it is usually not recommended to have untrained persons on site. When discussing a particular job, we will advise the best course of action to limit risk. This will be in the form of a planned risk assessment and method statement.

  • As we are a Glasgow-based company we primarily take on jobs in the local surrounding areas, however, if we are unable to take on your job, we will strive to offer some local alternatives you may wish to contact.

  • Booking is straightforward, all you have to do is either email us at brian@practice-contracts.co.uk or call 07846406210 and leave a message with us and we’ll get right back to you, usually right away.

Our consultations are a great way to meet you, check out pricing and find out how we can tailor our service to suit your specific needs. We firmly believe our company sells itself, and don’t believe in the hard sell. We look forward to hearing from you!
