As a small business in a competitive environment, we often get asked what is your USP? And why should we take you  over the competition? The answer is simple, it’s not the price (although we are competitive, similar to most) and it’s not the cleaning standards, that should be a given no matter who you choose. The one thing that sets us apart is our attitude to communicate and positive response to feedback.

At Practice we believe in encouraging feedback and if there is anything that needs tweaked we can deal with it before it grows arms and legs. We also pride ourselves on having quick response times to calls, messages and emails, giving you confidence your enquiry is being actioned right away and not being added on a to do list that never gets checked.
